As is customary at the CHT Group, we pay great attention to the sustainability of recycling processes when developing our recycling solutions. Our products can be removed from waste water and are highly effective even in the smallest quantities thanks to their high efficiency.

 

High cleaning efficiency with TUBIWASHCleaning agents from the highly efficient TUBIWASH series remove impurities as well as organic residues, adhesives and printing inks in the aqueous recycling process. They also reduce possible deposits on machine parts that could jeopardize smooth processes.

TUBIWASH cleaning agents are versatile. In foil recycling, bottle recycling or tray recycling, TUBIWASH auxiliaries lead to higher L-values and lower b-values. They therefore help to improve the quality of a wide range of plastics.

Optimum machine run thanks to reduced foaming with TUBIFOAMThe use of defoamers is often unavoidable in the recycling process. However, by using highly effective products from the TUBIFOAM range that are harmless to wastewater, the amount required can be kept to a minimum.

TUBIFOAM diffuses into the foam lamellae, destabilizes them and effectively destroys them. This dampens the foam that occurs and ensures optimum machine operation.

Ideal separation in the flotation bath with TUBIWETThe challenge in the mechanical recycling process is to process and separate different materials by type. In the case of PET, adhering air often makes successful separation difficult, as the air cushions prevent the desired sinking in the flotation bath.

Selected defoamers in the TUBIFOAM range have efficient foam damping and deaerating properties. They are therefore also suitable as flotation aids. For special requirements, our TUBIWET range also offers specialized flotation aids with excellent deaeration properties.
